We two founders and owners of LOMA are Lou Åberg/LO and Maria Eriksdotter/MA and our common knowledge and breadth gives you the opportunity to find exactly what you are looking for. Together we form the name LOMA which is also the name of an Indian healing goddess. Our other teachers, therapists and workshop leaders are all inspiring personalities who offer you the best of the great tree of yoga.

In the centre of the word LOMA you will also find the sacred Sanskrit syllable OM which, according to yogic philosophy, is the primordial sound of which everything is made. So LOMA gives you the primordial power of the forest goddess and the creative vibration of the universe. At the same time, you get modern techniques to get in top shape in body and mind.
We want to connect to the historical roots of yoga, but at the same time offer you a modern environment and new updated findings and techniques around yoga and holistic training.
